Clear yellow brew with abundant foam in the goblet. Aromatic with grain and a hint of apricot. Sparkly and light mouthfeel. Warm modest malty taste of cereal. Subtle but intriguing flavors with touches of berries and honey. Overall this is yet another highly quaffable Rice Lager but with some interesting twists in the taste. Just a hint of astringency in the aftertaste to let you know you're drinking beer. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 02/18/25.

Pours two fingers of white head into my Willi. Retention is fantastic and the lacing is great. Body is pale yellow, crystal clear, with a generous nucleation. Looks really nice.
Nose has the starchy, floral character of a rice lager. Not getting any tea characteristics. Smells good.
Flavor is pretty tame. White cracker, maybe a hint of flowers, has a grainy finish. After about 10 minutes the tea shines through a little bit - herbal, nutty, light fruit notes of apricot, peach, and a touch of citrus - very unique. Interesting, not blowing my socks off, but interesting.
Carbonation is medium. Pretty light-bodied. Bitterness is relatively low. Well-attenuated. It’s a serviceable mouthfeel.
Drinkability is good.
Overall a perfectly fine lager, though a little dry and bland at times. The tea comes and goes, adding subtle character but it mostly comes across sharp rather than soothing and I'm not sure it compliments.
