NO GODS NO MASTERS - PALE LAGER
After years of sharing stories over pints, our pals at Stigbergets made their way over from Gothenburg, Sweden to brew a beer with us. No Gods, No Masters is a pale lager with doughy pilsner malt, a touch of spelt and a heavy dose of Contessa hops. Green tea, melon, fresh rain.

12/29/25. Poured into a Samuel Adams Perfect Pint.
A: Clear bright gold with 1-2 finger frothy white head with good retention and copious lacing in bands down the glass.
S: Doughy cereal grain maltiness and herbal, earthy hop notes
T: pale pils cereal grain breadiness with strong hopping with herbal, lemon, honeysuckle, and black tea. Bitterness is on the esge of medium.
M: Light body with clean dry finish.
O: Wayfinder knows their way around a lager no doubt. Stellar pale lager - hoppy, malty, flavorful, dry and drinkable.

Look: Clear and golden in color with a booming white head that builds and slowly settles to a pillow, leaving webs of lacing behind
Aroma: Cereal grains, raw dough, soda crackers, light herbal notes, and pilsner malt
Taste: Opens up with an awesome and somewhat unexpected punch of herbal and slightly floral hops that bring herbal and green tea, sweet box flowers, and star jasmine quickly to the forefront. Dough and steeped cereal grains filter in, along with pilsner malt and these two heavyweights go back and forth for dominance through the close
Mouthfeel: Light but full, ridiculously clean, medium-high carbonation, and clean, crisp, and dry on the finish
Overall: This is some tasty stuff. This is a delicious and well-made pale lager that brings both a unique mix of malt and hop flavors to the table. I wasn’t picking up the hops much on the nose, and blame my wafting and currently cooking pork carnitas on that, but the tea and sharp flowers really counterbalance and compliment the pilsner malt and spelt grains used. Delicious and recommended

Clear golden body with a large white head. Smells like an IPL with grassy and citrus (lemon and lime especially) forward hopes meeting good bready yeast. Taste adds pale grass, rustic grain, melon close to the rind and bitter botanicals, an ipa in disguise. Feel is hoppy and grainy in a light and highly carbonated body. Too aggressive in the hops for a true pale

16oz can from Tavour. Clear golden body, thin, sturdy, tight white head. Big biscuity, grainy aroma right from the start. Taste is biscuity, crisp, with a fair amount of bitterness. Everything you'd expect in a lager, but amped up a bit.
