Look: The glass is quickly filled with a clear, golden liquid that almost shines and topped by a lovely whitecap of a head
Aroma: Spicy Saaz hops, pilsner malt, a touch of floral notes, warm baking powder biscuits, and freshly cut grass
Taste: Follows the nose well, kicking off with a big-time hit of grassy and spicy Saaz that flirts with chewing on a hop cone and as it develops, biscuit and cracker-led malt filter in to join. Light floral notes pop in and out as the spicy/grassy hops go back and forth with malt through the close
Mouthfeel: Light, clean, crisp, well carbonated, and crisp and clean on the finish
Overall: This is a good one. This is awesome and a really tasty and well-made Czech Pils and another winner from these folks. It’s a total Saaz hop bomb too IMO, so if that is your cup of tea, grab this beer if you can and thank me later. Recommended

01/09/26. Poured into a glass mug.
A: Bright gold with 1-finger of white foamy head with average retention and spots of lacing.
S: Herbal, straw like noble hop aromas and slightly grainy pale malt
T: Flavor jumps out of the mug with bready slightly sweet pils maltiness countered and overtaken by herbal, grassy noble hop character with moderate-high bitterness.
M: Slick and easy to drink with medium body and lightly dry finish.
O: Wayfinder Spectral Labyrinth is an excellent Czech-style Pilsner.

16-ounce can purchased at Noble Hop Bierhaus in Hillsboro, OR. Batch number is unreadable, but the date stamp says "11/26/25". Enjoyed in a nonic half-pint glass.
The body is a brilliant gold with excellent clarity. The clean, fluffy white head doesn't last long but generates abundant lacing. The nose offers crisp malt and a bouquet of floral hops, along with a few molecules of sulfur. The flavor starts with soft, toasty malt that's more crackery than doughy, and is a notch too sweet for me. Then it dries out through the middle without losing any of that terrific toastiness. Floral and spicy hops power through in the end, with a hint of tarragon and a shred of lemon pith. The malt finishes crackery and crisp. Light body, sparkling carbonation, top-notch drinkability. Overall, Spectral Labyrinth is a pleasant and well-made Czech-style pilsner.
