330ml bottle poured into a Chiang Mai brewery weizen glass.
L:
Semi-transparent yellow color, the body is not much hazy as typical Hefeweizen. The pour forms up just wee white foam that disappears instantly and leaves no lacing behind, high visible carbonation with persistent effervescence. Apparently, there is no yeast sediment.
S:
Not much of banana here. Anyway, you get big bubblegum, citrus, floral, grain and some spice.
T:
Fruity ester well covers the palate. A bit spice in the middle then tartness overcomes and makes it to an end where banana and malty sweetness reveal to balance all those tartness and acidity.
F:
Medium body, soft and smooth through the mouthfeel with proper amount of carbonation, it is as well refreshing.
O:
Hefeweizen from Thailand? For me this beer is considering acceptable especially when it comes from microbrewery and using some local ingredients. The challenging thing is to make the beer stable for every batch released.
