Has a good head. White. The beer poured very clear for a hefe, but it was because the yeast had settled, and when I was able to drink down enough of my glass that I could dump the entirety of the remainder, I realized that it really was bottle mitt hefe, not that a hazy beer is all that uncommon these days.
The mouth feel is a little thin, I think the best examples of this style feel more lucuious.
My initial thoughts on smell was that it was weakly recognizable as a hefe, and while it tasted the part, I became saturated quickly.
