Having a 5 oz. sample pour of this in a flight of beers I am enjoying at a very nice craft beer bar called Beer Snobs in downtown Jamestown, NY. This beer draws a light to medium golden color with a small white head that settles to a thick ring lining the inside of the glass along with some good lacing. Aromas of some biscuity malts along with a bit of barnyard funk and some slightly citrusy, somewhat floral, and somewhat earthly hops. An extremely similar flavor profile, with some biscuity malts along with a bit of barnyard funk and some slightly citrusy, somewhat floral, and somewhat earthly hops for some slight bitterness. A very nice flavor profile all around. Has a slightly crisp, mainly smooth, and frothy medium bodied mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Has a clean finish and slightly dry aftertaste. A very nice beer here all around.
