Brewed in a little Farm Brewery in NY's Hudson Valley, west of New Paltz and south of Kingston.
Listed here as a NEIPA but as a Double IPA by the brewery.
In support of local small farms, Arrowood brews with only 100% NY grown ingredients. Dry hopped with Zeus, Mackinac and Paradigm so says the pretty can, pastel pale pink over green landscape with the big Dragonfly.
Pale, golden yellow, unfiltered and cloudy but hazy? That would be a valid but debatable opinion. Tight, tiny bubbled head forms and sustains, lots of lacy drapes.
The aroma is softly citrus with some white sugar and honey notes followed up by herbal and floral scents and a whiff of alcohol.
Flavor is bold and balanced, sweet malt coats the mouth with delicious grainy depth and just behind firm hop bitterness sinks teeth into my tongue - gently though. I like it like that.
Interesting hop/spice flavors ( subjective largely - have your own fun tagging words to the tastes) flutter around in the rich, malt liquid, in balance and complimentary.
The body is medium plus - heavier as it warms.
Definitely more 2XIPA than NE style to me, no slick or 'soft' mouth feel in this and a great example of why Malted Barley and not so much hops are what give a beer character and depth of flavors.

I need to revisit and do something more in depth. Not sure if it's my post 12-mile hike ecstasy kicking in but the atoma is bright/floral, supremely soft oat driven feel augmenting a peach melts, nectar kiwi kiss. A mega treat, and has that TH feel to it.
