Hazy amber orange color with a thick thin head with decent retention and leaving strong laces.
Mild aroma with notes of passion fruit, honey, papaya and white bread.
Bitter flavor with notes of papaya, spices, slightly toasted malts, lots of Patagonian herbal hops, caramels, apple juice, wood and yeast. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Bordering medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Hoppy English IPA with good execution, though not my preferred hop profile. So far, the one with the biggest personality from this artisanal brewery, though the Dry Stout is definitely the best one. Give it a try.
