Pitch black color with a three fingers thick caramel head with good retention.
Nice aroma with predominant notes of coffee, dark chocolate and cocoa.
Flavor with notes of cocoa, roasted coffee beans, dark chocolate, some charred wood, Argentinean hops in the background and cola. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness, half from hops, and half from roasted.
Light to medium body with perfect carbonation.
They did well on the malt profile on this traditional balanced Dry Stout. Worth trying.
