Drinking a pint on tap at Frontera Tortas in O'Hare airport. Nice surprise! Clear gold, effervescent with continuous bubbling, modest head on top. Biscuit, crackers and lemon. Very clean, crisp flavors with a dry finish.

I tried this at the brewery. It poured a clear golden with white head that did not leave much lace. The scent had hints of toasted biscuit. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's a solid beer.

Draft served at CBS Brewpub Shootout 2017.
Bright gold with perfect clarity and steady rising carb trails. Thin layer of white foam that leaves behind flecks of spotty lace.
Aroma is clean and crackery, lightly malty with a faint yeast ester note.
Taste is clean also, crackery and crusty bread notes, smooth and crisp.
Easy everyday drinker. Tried with and without a lime wedge and it was great both ways.
