500 ml bottle into a goblet. Had 11/28/17.
Pours an orange/pink color, a little cloudy, with a one inch bubbly head and some soapy lacing. Aromas of raspberries, light yeast, light citrus- more like lemon as it warms, some malt and barley. The taste is raspberries, light malt, some lemon, a light tartness and bitterness. Smooth, somewhat refreshing, semi- dry, a good light body, an appropriate level of carbonation, but a fizzy mouthfeel at first.
I’m not a big fan of this style, but this is very well done, and the raspberries are allowed to shine.
