Had on tap. I love this exploration into a new hybrid, the "brut ipa". Thought the champagne yeast and flavors translated beautifully with a tropical ipa. Crisp and refreshing, the pineapple and passionfruit rise up the palate quickly, ending in a floral and hoppy way. Nice work!
