Collaboration with Burial Beer Co. from Ashville, NC. Our interpretive approach to remaining true to the world around us. Classic lager brewed with 70% Illinois grown red corn, rye, and barley, malted by Sugar Creek in Indiana. Incredibly unique by design and something we will never brew again.

Had on tap. Clear orangey amber with two fingers of white head and lacing lacing. Smell and taste are identical: big corn and rye drive the flavor complexion with decent grains, light caramel malt, a kiss of dirt and hops in the finish, but has a bloated and harsh middle from corn and rye that detracts. Feel is grainy, malty, light bodied, and decently crisp. Interesting but has some balancing flaws
