12oz can, filled on 10/16/19. Slightly hazed golden-peach colored DIPA with a foamy ivory head. Aroma is mangoes, citrus, pineapple, pine, and light caramel with a slight herbal hop presence. Tropical mango and pineapple lead the hop forward flavors along with guava, kiwi, apricot, Mandarin orange, mild pine, light caramel, and honey. Fuller body, very juicy, moderate carbonation, bitter yet still sweet and juicy finish. This is something special given the addition of guava and tamarind. Great use of some unique additions on this one!

Somewhat cloudy gold with a white collar and lazy lacing. Tamarind is the unique aspect with guava, over ripe pineapple, papaya, lime and over ripe fruity hops with dankness. Taste starts clean with the hops, guava, and tamarind, but the the finish has great cascading of all the fruits. Feel is bright, fruity, sneaky dank and slightly frothy. An out of the box dipa tapping into the ponche de navideno palate

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from 12 fl oz can on November 20, 2019. Inspired by holiday fruit punch, this festive delight is cheerfully hopped with Citra, Mandarina and Citra Cryo. Brewed with a touch of lactose and finished with guava and tamarind. Juicy.
