Introducing the long-awaited companion to Mexico Calling, VAMOS Vienna Lager Especial A classic Vienna lager, brought to Mexico by Austrian immigrants in the mid-1800s, is an essential part of Mexico’s cerveza culture. With its signature amber color and subtle hints of toasted malt and honey, Vamos is brewed to prove that amber beer delivers both full flavor and refreshment.

Orangey light brown with an off-white head. Smells of caramel malt with citrus hops. Taste adds tropical hints, fruity and malty, little hint of toast on the finish. Easy drinking and clean, malty

This was a very solid Vienna lager. Malty and bready with a crispness to it. It has a really nice color too. Cruz Blanca is turning out some really good beers.

Pours a crystal clear dark amber to chestnut color. Thick off-white head forms on the beer. the head does not show much retention dissipating pretty quickly. Ultimately no residual head remains on the beer.
Aroma has notes of toasted malts, bready malts, some sweet notes that have a fleeting fruitiness to it.
Taste follows the nose with notes of toasted malts, a light fruitiness, some peppery hops,
Feel is light, crisp, moderately caboanted. Drier finish.
Overall its a solid Vienna lager from Cruz Blanca.
