ADJUNCTS: Mexican Mazapan Candy and Cocoa Nibs
BARREL: Bourbon barrels
Impeccably dressed and as suave as a telenovela heartthrob. But do not be fooled, Don Moustache is a double-crossing brute aged in bourbon barrels with sweet and nutty Mazapan candy and cocoa nibs. Luxurious in looks and deceivingly rich in flavor. Nothing is off-limits for Don Moustache. Get ready for an action-packed performance that will leave you on the edge of your seat.

Had on tap. Black body, brown cap. This is genius way to infuse peanutbutter into a stout without the roasty and earthy taking over. Thus the smell and taste both have the peanut butter with chocolate malts, bourbon barrels in a lighter way, and a hint of caramel. Drinks light yet full, sugars don't add up surprisingly

12 ounce can into a tulip snifter. Canned 10/16/23, had 4/15/24.
Pours an opaque dark brown, with a quarter inch foamy head and light foamy lacing. Aromas of bourbon, chocolate, roasted malt, some oak. Has a somewhat nutty aroma as it warms. Flavors of bourbon, chocolate, roasted malt, oak, vanilla. Also has somewhat of a nutty taste. Smooth, fairly creamy, a very good full body, appropriately carbonated.
A solid effort. The nutty aroma and flavor from the Mazapan candy is more subtle than the barrels and nibs, but it steals the show. Glad I have one more.
