Cloudy yellow with moderate carbonation and 5 fingers of off white head.
Coriander, orange peel, canned peaches, your typical heffe.
Coriander, bubblegum, canned peaches, and a slight lemon rind note.
Medium body, moderate carbonation.
Got on wish beer, drank Nov 17, 2016 in Chiang Mai. Glad that Thailand is getting so many more craft breweries. Up to par with the style.

330ml bottle poured into a weizen glass, decanted properly with the yeast sediment.
Cloudy dark brass color with thick fluffy white head that stays with very good retention, it just slowly recedes to everlasting foamy crown along with some lacing on the glass-side, high carbonation.
In a nose, there comes banana, a bit clove, bubblegum, and slight citrus as well as breadiness from malt. All what you could expect from Hefeweizen are nicely presented.
The taste is led by fruity ester reminding of banana and citrus. Clove spiciness is there in the middle where sweetness and breadiness from malt reveal slightly thereafter. There is a note of grain and very subtle hop bitterness at the end.
Medium body with high carbonation generated big crisp through the palate, however, I think it is a bit too much. Mouthfeel is smooth and refreshing, dry finish. This one is pretty good Hefeweizen with all the required characters for the style.
