330ml bottle poured into a pint glass.
Cloudy pale yellow color as a showcase, the pour yields massive fluffy white head that holds strength to stand with very good retention before slowly sinking to eternal foamy layer atop along with several lacing patch along the way down. There is high visible carbonation.
Predominated by spiciness that is coriander and clove-like. Fruitiness reveals with notes of orange peel, grapefruit, lemon, and slight banana. Malt is there at the back end with some sweetness and breadiness. There is also a note of florally sweet too.
Clove and coriander spiciness is all around the taste buds while all those fruitiness (orange peel, grapefruit, lemon, and subtle banana) tries to balance but it is not well enough as spiciness still overwhelming. The end to the aftertaste is softly covered by malt that is a bit sweet and bready as well as hop with a note of floral, anyway, spiciness is still there persistently.
Mouthfeel is semi-smooth and prickly through its medium body and exceedingly high carbonation. Refreshing feel through the palate, finish is very dry.
Decent Wit that tends to be more on spice rather than fruity, it is proper for ones who like Wit but don’t prefer typical big sweetness.
