Dark brown like cocoa, cloudy with a few small bubbles rising. Topped with 8 fingers of beige head.
Smells of hazelnuts, chocolate, and fresh bread. A little like bananas as well.
The taste of dark chocolate, cocoa, and hazelnuts are all in there. Tastes slightly bitter, slightly sour, and a little sweet. Black coffee notes as well.
Medium body, chewy, foamy and dry carbonation.
Really unique, a little all over the charts as far as cohesiveness, but definitely worth trying. Drinking in Chiang Mai, Oct 19th, 2017.

On-tap served in a pint glass at Wishbeer, Bangkok.
It comes with opaque black color and very thick creamy tan head as a showcase. The head endures very well with very good retention while just slowly dissipates to a thin eternal foamy crown and leaves plenty of sticky lacing patch and spot along the way.
The aroma is surprisingly wow, hazelnut, milky and creamy chocolate, shortbread, baked biscuit, vanilla, and slight roasted. Very nutty and chocolate overall.
The nuttiness of hazelnut and creamy chocolate seem to be undertone in the flavor by letting black coffee, roasted, and astringency characters to lurk. There is some sweetness and breadiness from the malty goodness somewhere in the middle of each sip while the end is wrapped up by coffee sourness, roasted, astringency, and bitterness.
Light body, a bit watery mouthfeel with relatively low carbonation. Anyway, it is silky smooth through the palate with a dry finish.
Pretty good stout without doubt, the aroma is in for the kill and is the most prominent and very consistent part from the start to finish. Such a pity that the flavor and feel is a bit let down comparing to its good nose.
