On-tap served in a pint glass at Bottle Rocket, Bangkok.
Translucent brown amber color with some ruby shade, it comes with very thick creamy off-white head that stands with very good retention before slowly sinking to an everlasting fluffy head and leaving lots of lacing web along the way.
Roasted and toasted malt dominates the aroma along with bread, dough, candy, and subtle caramel, all the stated malt characters reveal in good balance while earthy hop is hidden in the undertone together with peppery spice and grapefruit.
Rich maltiness in the taste, it is ranging from sweet caramel, toasted biscuit, burnt grain, bread, dough, and candy. Hop comes into play thereafter providing notes of grapefruit and some bitter kick in the finish.
Medium body with rather low carbonation but it is okay to carry all the things under quite smooth mouthfeel, finish is dry.
Decent amber with rich malt bill and subtle hop kick.
