330ml bottle poured into a stemmed glass.
Very cloudy dark golden yellow color with lots of yeast sediment, the pour generates thick fluffy white head that well retains itself with good retention before slowly subsiding to an eternal foamy crown and leaving plenty of sticky lacing here and there.
Pretty good aroma, there is fruity yeast reminding of subtle banana and some funk together with clove spice and orange peel. There is also crisp hop aroma of citrus, lime, pineapple, and floral. Malt is there too with its bread and wheat grain.
The taste leans towards on IPA part with its upright hop bitterness yet crisp citrus, lime, and floral. Malt is in the mid palate with its wheat and bread while yeast characters of clove spice and slight banana disclose thereafter together with zesty orange peel.
The body is light with quite smooth mouthfeel and good lively carbonation. The feeling is crisp and refreshing. Finish is very dry. Interesting and tasty hybrid between Wit and IPA.
