330ml bottle poured into a pint glass.
Hazy deep chestnut brown in color, it quickly builds up massive silky khaki head that very well retains itself with excellent retention before slowly subsiding to an eternal fluffy crown and leaving some lacing on the glass-side.
The aroma is led by the fruity ester of banana, lemon, and citrus along with clove and spice. Then, thereafter, it becomes dark fruits, floral, subtle chocolate, big nuttiness, black bean, soy milk, sweet vanilla, candy, some caramel, dark bread, and biscuit.
It has very substantial sweetness in the taste being led by banana then lime and citrus. There are also the other notes of dark fruits, floral, subtle chocolate, big nuttiness, black bean, soy milk, sweet vanilla, candy, some caramel, dark bread, and biscuit just like the aroma. It is a bit too sweet somehow.
The body is full and rather thick with smooth mouthfeel but unfortunately it is way too much of foamy bubble through the palate sensation. The feeling is okay with a very dry finish.
The exact style is not necessary here whether it is Bock, Weizenbock, or else. Just enjoy it as it is. Alcohol is also well hidden.
