Clear amber color with a thick head with short retention.
Mild aroma with notes of passion fruit, caramel, peaches and lemongrass.
Flavor with notes of papaya, passion fruit, toasted malts, grapefruit, pine, perfume, caramels, spices and American yeast. Dry and bitter aftertaste that extends for a while.
Light body with mild carbonation.
Good IPA that is sort of half way in the Atlantic, American but with more direct English inspiration.
