Amber pinkish color with a thick thin head.
Sour aroma with notes of vinegar (that later fades a bit), chardonnay, guava and mild lactose.
Flavor with notes of green and red apples, white wine, spices, faint horse mantle, vinegar drops, acid lactic, lots of guava, raspberries, lime drops and wheat. Dry and sour aftertaste.
Light body that feels medium with its tiny bubbles.
Well done Sour or should I say Catharina Sour? Elegant vinous, guava and lactic notes.
