Slightly hazy amber color with a thick head with eternal retention.
Aroma with notes of apples, white grapes, pineapple and medicinal herbs.
Flavor with notes of lots of caramel malt, honey, white grapes, spices, medicinal herbs, oats, cloves and tea bags. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Full body with mild carbonation. Alcohol of 8% is well disguised.
Hoppy Trippel with core notes of a Saison. I also found this a bit cloying given its malt base despite the fact that it was rather hoppy.
