Brown reddish color with a thick beige head with eternal retention.
Aroma with notes of cloves, pine, raisins and lots of anise.
Sweet flavor with notes of raisins, medicine, pepper, herbs, lots of candi sugar and red grapes. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Full body with mild carbonation which is slightly effervescent.
Sweet Dubbel that despite of decent hop addition and pepper were not enough to disarm its sugar bomb.
