Clear golden color with a thick bright white head.
Aroma with notes of Belgian yeast and its spices, honey bread and pine.
Flavor with notes of pine, Belgian yeast, grapefruit, cloves and malt sweetness. Quite dry and bitter aftertaste.
Medium body with appropriate carbonation.
It's been a while since I had my last Belgian IPA. This definitely satisfied my craving. It has a traditional Belgian yeast profile with piney and grapefruit hop notes. Not shy, which is very welcome.
