On tap at Tustin Brewing Company in Tustin, CA.
I think I’m getting a little ahead of myself on this one. Now, Raul is usually accustomed to their righteous IPA’s, so when he takes a sip of this beer, he expected a perfect bitter, West Coast bomb.
That being said, when I chill and sip, and sip and chill, I kind of get some of that - but not what I am used to. Yeah, what I have to realize here is that this is not a Sara Sampao beer. Nope. Perfect ten super model this beer is not. And that’s the thing; that’s not what Tustin Brewing is going for here. This is an “Extra” Pale Ale; so it’s more like Sara’s lil sister - and Raul is totally ok with that.
Super model, her sister, her third cousin... just as long as it’s in the pedigree, it’s all good! And this tasty beer from Tustin is exactly that.
Yep!
