On-tap at Tustin Brewing Company
A: The pour is amber in color with a fluffy off-white head which leaves some mild lacing on the glass.
S: The nose is on the sweeter side for a DIPA, leaning more toward the fruity, tropical hop aromas of pineapple and mango. There's also a fair amount of caramel sweetness.
T: The flavor is on the sweet side as well with plenty of pineapple hop flavor along with a nice grapefruit and tangerine component to add some citrus. There is a good amount of bitterness, but not as much as one might expect from the style.
M: The beer is fairly sticky and full on the tongue with a moderate level of carbonation.
D: One of the better beers from TBC. I enjoyed a couple glasses of this one today and would do so again.
