On-tap at Tustin
A: The pour is a clear straw color with a thin and short lived white head.
S: Lots of yeast and pale, cracker-like malts start this beer off. I also get some white pepper, and both floral and grassy hop notes.
T: The flavor is pretty much more of the same. Pale malts provide the only real sweetness to the beer, which is quite dry otherwise. The same peppery flavor along with some grassy hops and yeast.
M: The body is on the light side with a moderate to high carbonation and a dry finish.
D: Better than some of their other Belgian attempts, but still needs a bit of work. Sort of bland.
