On-tap at Tustin
A: The pour is a very, very hazy golden straw color with a two finger high white head.
S: Not really a super fragrant nose, but there is certainly some jasmine and a slight herbaceous quality to the aroma. Nicely floral with a very sweet sugar note. Definitely a bit of yeast is there as well.
T: Wow, I was not expecting there to be such a high level of sweetness. Lots of sweet bread and sugar and a strong flavor of jasmine. Slightly herbal with quite a strong floral flavor. The more I drink, the more this beer seems to have a candied orange thing going on, probably from the intense sweetness.
M: The body is medium with a moderate carbonation to it.
D: Way too sweet, but the jasmine does provide an interesting and different flavor.
