Bright brownish amberish color. Islands on the top.
Fruity - cherry? Light earth, grape, caramel, honey, vanilla..
Aforementioned with an added candy element. Very sweet. Not bad at all.
Medium sour levels, lots of carbonation in this one.
Great little beer here.

On-tap at Tustin
A: The beer pours a dark amber/mahogany color with a small off-white head.
S: A fair amount of vinegar to it with lots of cherries, raisins, plums, and currants. There is a little bit of wine and oak, perhaps some lemon notes as well. Just a touch of sweet malt.
T: The vinegar carries over to the palate and gives a nice sourness. Somewhat like balsamic vinegar. A bit of sweet caramel as well as the nice sour fruit notes of cherries, plums, raisins, and currants.
M: Medium bodied with medium carbonation.
O: A better sour than the Flemish red. A bit Consecration-like.
