On-tap at Tustin
Pours black as can be with a small brown head. Intense cocoa aroma and plenty of sweet vanilla to go with it. A lot of the sweetness and booze of the base beer has died down/been muted. A bit of roasted malt and some hints of coffee. The flavor is a great mixture of vanilla beans and dark, bitter chocolate. It sweetens up a bit as it warms, but does not become cloying. A touch of alcohol and some roasted malt notes throughout.
