Hazy amber yellow color with a thick three fingers head with great retention and leaving good laces.
Aroma with notes of honey, flowery soap, chamomile and yeasty.
Flavor with notes of orange citrusy, honey, dough, soap, spicy and herbal hops, chamomile tea and lemon drops. Dry aftertaste with a mild to medium bitterness and some acidity.
Light to medium body with appropriate carbonation.
I found this pleasant despite of the local hops, which went well with its citrusy and dough notes. They mentioned Pilsen in the label, but it felt like an Ale that ferments on lower temperatures.
