Nice amber reddish color with a thin head with medium retention and leaving laces.
Mild aroma with predominant notes of strawberries and gooseberry.
Flavor with notes of raspberries, gooseberry, strawberries, ginger, lemon and a distant toastedness. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
Very easy to drink Scottish Ale, citrusy with red fruits predominating and medium complexity.
