We got together with our friends at Aberdeen’s Mount Olympus Brewing to brush up on our hoppy ABC’s. Aiming for a beer that’s big on flavor and drinkability, we used Azacca, Bravo, and Citra hops to impart bold notes of lime, mango, and grapefruit. Meanwhile, white wheat and rolled oats in the mash keep it soft and pillowy. But all you really need to know is that it’s fundamentally delicious.
