Had on tap. Cloudy orange body with a full white head with bands of lacing. Wheat and big citrus lead the nose with clove, banana, citrus pith and a hint of bread. Taste is basically the same, really well balanced. Smooth and crisp feel, sunny disposition lends itself to a summer drinker

Pours very cloudy dark yellow with dense, slightly off-white head. Aroma is sweetish wheat malt, bits of yeast, but not much else.
Taste is similar to aroma, sweetish wheat malt, bits of banana and hints of spicy yeast. Mouthfeel is medium/full with rather low carbonation.
Overall, it almost feels as a decent Weizen, yet does not make it. Considering the price, I would not buy this beer ever again.

Ordered a stange (.3L) with the traditional rosti (yum).
Slightly hazy appearance witha fluffy white head. This beer greats you with a wonderful, big sugar candy and vanilla aroma. These elements carry over into the flavor with lightly roasted barley and sour wheat. The beer finishes with a touch of balancing hops. I'm digging the balance of yeast character and malts here. Definitely worth trying if you find yourself near the bear pit.

This was probably the best beer I tried from the altes tramdepot.
The pour has a darker than usual appearance for a hefe weizen as I know them. the tone is not so golden but rather hues into a bit of a brownish-reddish character that becomes instantly cloudy and has an attractive appearance.
The smell is very wheaty and yeasty, with some cloves and bananas right there, beautiful.
The taste was not that good, becomes a bit citrusy at once and appears a bit too bland in comparison to the whole other aspects of the beer. The wheat is there but well hidden behind a bit of a watery feel, as is the whole yeasty fruit scheme.
the mouthfeel was good because the body appeared appropiate for the style of beer, although a bit watery, but won't downscale it for that.
The beer is overall good, doubtless, and for the summery biergarten feel, it is ideal.
