Had on tap. Somewhat cloudy yellow body with a plump white head. Hoppier with grass and lemon zest in the nose starring. Taste strikes more of a balance with the loaf like yeast. The feel though is thinner with the yeast for a kolsch, bright and smooth though, light for summer
