Had this at Strange Brew 2019 in Reno.
Poured and looked like a homebrew blonde, wasn't so fresh and so clean, was a bit cloudy and didn't form much of a head. Later learned this could have been for multiple reasons we'll get into later. The aroma was true to the name, there was lots of garlic, more than in any beer I've ever had. I liked the smell.
The taste was kinda tough. It was mostly garlic water, reminded me of when its winter time, my ice tray doesn't move, so that first glass of water in spring after months of being exposed to bread sticks, tater tots and whatever I've had in my freezer the last 6 months comes out in those ice cubes and results in a big taste of garlic water. That was this. The mouth feel sucked because the beer was lacking in carbonation. So it made the watery garlic notes sit even harder.
Would totally try this again if they figured the carbonation out. Smelled real nice, but struggled in every other area.
