i highly recommend this dunkel weizen if they have it on tap when you visit trinity.
great brown color. slight head. nicely carbonated and crisp mouthfeel.
excellent malty flavor that goes well with the lemony/citric flavor characteristic of a wheat beer. not too bready or yeasty. light and refreshing but packs plenty of flavor punch. one of trinity's top 2 or 3 beers in my opinion. they should keep this one on tap more often.
