had this today. it was on cask so i thought it would be the highlight of my flight. it turned out to be the worst. First off, it was served to me warm. then i tasted it and it had a booziness that just dominated the taste. Im sure the fact that it was warm added to that but oh well. Serve warm IPAs, you cant expect to get a good rating.

On-tap 7/13/2014 at the brewpub in Providence, RI served in a US tumbler pint glass.
A: The beer is a murky orange/gold color, with a thin off-white head that fades quickly and leaves a thin lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains fruity citrus, caramelized malts and floral hops.
T: The taste starts out sweet with a strong fruity tangerine sweetness. Then a good hops bitterness comes in along with a mild alcohol sting. The malt character is hearty but not too heavy and there isn’t much balance. The after-taste is very sweet.
M: Crisp and smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.
O: A little tasty, goes down ok, not too filling, strong kick, decent representation of style, there are definitely better choices in the style.
