On-tap 10/28/07 at the brewpub, served in a US tumbler pint glass.

A: The beer is a light gold color, with a short white head that fades quickly and leaves very little lace on the glass.

S: The aroma is of wheat, coriander, Belgian yeast, light malts and a little bit of hops.

T: The taste is bready and spicy with flavors of wheat, Belgian yeast and coriander. The malt character is light and so is the hops presence. The after-taste is bready and slightly sweet.

M: Crisp and very smooth, light-to-medium body, medium-to-heavy carbonation, clean finish.

D: Tasty, goes down easily, not filling at all, good representation of style, I could drink a few of them but I don't think I would want to drink it for the whole evening.

This beer pours an expected cloudy with a warm gold color. Unfortunately, there is no head except for a thin layer of bubbles which produces no lace.

The aroma is spicy, like oregano. Low amounts of malt are present. Hop is unnoticeable.

The taste is largely wheat malt (surprising given the presence of wheat). Also surprising is the crispness of the flavor. It is accurately malty and full bodied. High carbonation.

While this is a tasty beer, it appears to be closer to a wheat beer (which is not a style I'm particularly fond of).

Was told it was a Belgian Pale Ale. Also it was listed as 4%-5% ABV. Hate when they do that. Poured a misty/hazy gold with heavy carbonation. Filmy head with lots of lace. The nose was yeast and citrus. The best thing about this beer (almost knocked me off my stool) was that I could not find the metallic tanginess that is common with Trinity beers. The malts were very sweet with only mild hops. Also strong tones of citrus (lemon ad oranges), pears and apples came through. It was a mild burst of flavor with lots of life on the tongue. A tad watery though.
