Poured from a 12 oz. bottle into a pint glass. Half inch head recedes into thin layer with nice lacing on the glass. Caramel malt and citrusy, floral hops in the nose.
The flavor is heavy on the malt with a consistent, but relatively mild bitterness from start to finish. This fits the English IPA style, but I do like a bit more bitterness. The mouth feel is appropriately solid. Overall, I enjoyed this beer, but the heavier malt nose and taste are not my favorite.

Poured amber color with a white, 1" head with moderate retention. Moderate lacing.
Smell was of piney hops. Bitter aroma shines through
Taste is really high on the bitterness with a resiny hop taste. Some good malt presence as well. A bit of fruit comes theough on the sip as well.
Feel is medium and a bit sticky. Carbonation is light medium.
Overall, not a bad IPA. Surprised a bit
