On-tap 11/9/2016 at the brewpub in Providence, RI, served in a US tumbler pint glass.
A: The beer is a deep cloudy gold color, with a short off-white head that fades slowly and leaves a thick lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains a nice blend of floral hops, fruity citrus and caramelized malts.
T: The taste starts out with a strong floral hops bitterness followed by a tropical fruity sweetness from flavors of mango, papaya and other citrus fruits. The malt character is hearty and brings a very good balance. The after-taste is slightly hoppy and slightly sweet.
M: Crisp and smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.
O: Very tasty, goes down dangerously easy, not too filling, good kick, very good representation of style, this is easily the best beer I’ve had from Trinity.
