On-tap 2/13/08 at the brewpub, served in a US tumbler pint glass.
A: The beer is a light brown color, with a thin off-white head that fades quickly and leaves a thin lace on the glass.
S: The aroma is of pale hops, citrus, caramel and light malts.
T: The taste is decently balanced with flavors of citrus, caramel and a pretty strong pale hops presence. To be honest, it was more flavorful than I had expected. The after-taste is slightly sweet.
M: Crisp and smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is clean and very dry.
D: Tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, mild kick, good representation of style, this is a very good session beer, especially if you want a beer with substance that won't provide much of an alcohol hit.

Poured a light brown in color that was a bit hazy. Heavuly carbonated. Little bubbles were racing for the top like something was chasing them. Thick head on top that left stringy lace around the glass. Nose was doughy malts. Flavor was mostly biscuity, sweet malts. Some hoppy bitterness towards the finish. Medium body that felt kind of slick.
