On-tap at Trinity Brewhouse in Providence, RI, poured into a US tumbler pint glass.
A: The beer is a pale gold, with a thin white head that fades very quickly and doesn’t leave any lace on the glass.
S: The smell is very yeasty with little bit of malt, wheat, lemon, clove spice and hops.
T: The taste is bready and yeasty, with hints of malt, lemon and hops. Overall however, the taste is a little weak.
M: Crisp, light-to-medium body, high carbonation and a clean finish.
D: It’s light and easy so you can drink a lot of it without getting filled up, but personally, I’d prefer more flavor and a bit more kick.
