We went heavy on the oats making this a smooth IPA. We brewed this beer with a low dose of Eukanot and Simcoe hops for minimal bitterness and then dry hopped it with tons of Idaho 7 hops. The aroma is suggestive of tropical fruit and citrus notes of stone fruit, and grapefruit, but the takeaway will be the big notes of pine and earthy black tea.
