Poured from pint can into pint glass. Pours a frothy 2# white head that falls very slowly with abundant lacing. Color is hazy golden amber. Moderate streaming carbonation. Aroma of white bread dough and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is light with a pleasant finish. Flavor of white bread, apple, lemon, with a slight tangy hop finish. Overall: easy drinking and tasty Kolsch.

Hazy orange-yellow appearance. Thin white head. Bready yeast aromas. Very little taste, however. Pretty watery and bland. Seems to be the theme with this brewery.

A: Pours a clear medium golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and a faint honey orange colored highlight. The beer has a two finger tall fizzy foamy bright white head that reduces to a couple of small to medium sized patches of thin film surrounded by a large patch of very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Just shy of moderate aromas of bready malts with a hint of honey-like sweetness and light aromas of grassy + spicy hops.
T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of bready malts with a hint of honey-like sweetness. Light to moderate flavors of grassy + spicy hops with a hint of citrus/orange zest hops which impart a light amount of lingering bitterness.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. initially slightly crisp.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and refreshing - a perfect beer for a hot day of sitting out at the ballpark in the NC summer. Enjoyable.
