A: The beer is very hazy pale yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head.
S: Light aromas of limes and rose blossoms and are present in the nose along with notes of tangerines.
T: The taste is mostly dominated by flavors of rose blossoms and has some hints of grass, lime, and tangerines.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. No crispness is detectable.
O: This Imperial IPA has an interesting mix of flavors. What I was most impressed with was how easy it drink wondering its strength as any traces of alcohol were well hidden from the taste.
Note: Canned on 4/5/2018

Pours a hazy, nearly opaque looking, yellow straw color. Moderately large lathery and foamy head, decent retention, yields ring like lacing.
A burst of citrusy hops aromas hit the nose. Tangerine, orange, lime and lemon, intense and almost catty in a good way. This combines well with grassy, slightly dank and nearly pungent herbal hops.
NEIPA all the way with its juicy and frothy mouthfeel. Flavors of tangerine, berries, papaya, grapefruit, interacting nicely with the grains. The malt profile is smooth, sweet and creamy. The mid palate has a mildly stinging lemon and lime acidity along with moderately sharp pine needles and grass. Not particularly bitter yet intense in its hops flavors. The finish has elements of citrus and tropical fruit with a slightly intense acidic burn. (Not a flaw)
Medium bodied, moderate to gently carbonated, juicy, frothy and smooth. Hops flavors and aromas dominate.
A good example of the NEIPA style.
