A: The beer is crystal clear light straw yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that faded away, leaving only specks of bubbles on the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of limes and kiwi fruit are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, having flavors of limes with kiwi fruit with hints of lactobacillus as well as a light amount of sourness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and slightly creamy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is an interesting sour, particularly with its aromas and flavors of kiwi fruit and limes.
Serving type: can

On tap at Fifth Hammer, Queens, NY.
Pours a cloudy yellow straw color with a modest head that leaves a thin layer of film and a ring collar on its wake.
Amply dry hopped, there is a fruity, kiwi and guava like aroma. A light funk evokes lactobacillus, earthy aromas, wheat and hay. A subtle lemon like sour quality hints at flavors to come.
Tart and fruity yet not too acidic. Flavors evoke lemon, lime, kiwi, unripe guava, and grapefruit. A bready and wheat like malt backbone appears in the mid palate, and is balanced with peppery spices.
Light to medium bodied, moderately crisp, accessibly tart and with a bone dry puckering finish, as well as s lemon and toasted wheat linger.
Refreshing and tasty.
